| The following terms and conditions apply to all coded sites by DESIGN2HTML. By ordering services from DESIGN2HTML you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: |

- We reserve the right to refuse to offer our services to a client if we judge as unfit due to content or otherwise.
- DESIGN2HTML will fo its best to start the project as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee it. DESIGN2HTML can set a launchdate with the client and will do its best to deliver before the set date expires.
- The copyright for all material provided by DESIGN2HTML, such as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of DESIGN2HTML unless the material has been fully paid for or provided by the client.
- DESIGN2HTML will not take any responsibility over errors in site viewing on new browsers or versions after the site has been designed and launched.
- If at any point during the Website Development Cycle a client wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be charged an amount that DESIGN2HTML judges to be proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.
- DESIGN2HTML does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes DESIGN2HTML to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission, DESIGN2HTML will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required. Web site maintenance may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client so wishes.
- DESIGN2HTML reserves the right to add a banner with a logo and any other information on any page/s of the site.
- DESIGN2HTML reserves the right to change, add or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
